Bjp: ‘art 370 Removed, Now Bjp Will Win 370 Seats’ | Chandigarh News

Chandigarh: BJP candidate Sanjay Tandon on Thursday said that Punjabi will be made ‘number one’ language in Chandigarh if the party is elected to power, and added that after the BJP’s victory, “the next five years will be like a golden age for the Union Territory.” Tandon was addressing a meeting of BJP workers organised at the party office on Thursday. On the occasion, Tandon claimed that most surveys are claiming that the BJP is going to win 370 seats. “Coincidentally, this is the same number which the Narendra Modi government has removed from Jammu and Kashmir,” Tandon added. “Ever since the Modi government has removed Article 370, the Tricolour can be seen not only at Lal Chowk in Srinagar, but also at homes of people. Similarly, the temple of Lord Ram could not be built for hundreds of years as the govt in independent India was being run by Congressmen with foreign education, and they also ruled like the British,” Tandon said. BJP state president Jitender Pal Malhotra added that due to efforts of the Modi government, Chandigarh railway station is being renovated at a cost of Rs 500 crore. “It will be one of the best in the whole of Asia,” Malhotra claimed.
