Dealer, 20, awaits court fate three years after Blurton raid

A 20-year-old is waiting to find out his fate – almost three years after a drugs raid on a Potteries estate. Police swooped on the property on Blurton’s Oakwood Road in 2021 where they seized cocaine, cash, and mobile phones.

Now defendant Kelten Taylor-Williams has admitted drug offences and is waiting to be sentenced. Cops executed a warrant at the property on April 30, 2021 where they recovered cocaine, money, and mobiles.

Taylor-Williams, from Stoke-on-Trent, was arrested and released under investigation. A further warrant was executed at the same address on July 19 that year where officers found cannabis, cash, and a mobile phone ‘linked to drug dealing’.

The 20-year-old went on to admit possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (crack cocaine) and possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B (cannabis). Taylor-Williams, who appeared before magistrates this month, is due to be sentenced at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on June 10.
