Count Binface is standing as the Count Binface Party candidate in the mayoral elections.

He describes himself as an intergalactic space warrior.

He will bring back The Bill

Count Binface says he will repair relations between the Metropolitan Police and the public by bringing back the ITV series, The Bill.

He will ban speakerphones and musical pedicabs

On transport, Binface will upgrade Routemaster buses “to stop them roasting passengers alive during the summer months”.

He will also ban speakerphones from all public transport, banish musical pedicabs and “promote cycling by turning Croydon’s five-metre-long cycle lane on Selsdon Road into a World Heritage Site”.

He will build at least one affordable house

Binface says he will build at least one affordable house, adding that he is “confident that my target can be reached, if not surpassed”.

He will honour Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Claudia Winkleman

Binface says that culture is at the core of his plan for London.

He will rename London Bridge after Phoebe Waller-Bridge, make Claudia Winkleman’s fringe Grade I listed and replace London’s “night tsar” with a “night mayor”, with headquarters on Elm Street.

He will also demand that the Elgin Marbles are returned from the British Museum to Greece and ensure any shops that play Christmas music before December will be closed down and turned into public libraries.

He will cap the price of croissants and give royal palaces to the homeless

To ease the burden of the cost-of-living crisis, Binface will price-cap croissants at £1.10 and give all royal palaces – except Buckingham Palace – and the homes of Russian oligarchs to the nation, turning them into shelters to help eradicate homelessness.
